RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL
Our return policy includes a generous period of 14 days. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@eazenofficial.com. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the correct return address.
When your return has been approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to the provided address. We cannot accept items that are sent back to us without a prior return request.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to assess the problem and provide the correct solution as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGES
If you would like to receive the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the received item as soon as possible. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.
4. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will immediately notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method and processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Customized or personalized products, including items where you provided a name or other personal details for printing, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. This is because these products are specifically tailored for you and cannot be resold. We recommend carefully checking that all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
